Dotline Creations Services are subjected to the standard Terms and Conditions to maintain the quality. Listed down are some of the terms applicable to all contracts and projects handled by Dotline Creations to clients. We request you to please go through with our terms carefully.
- An independent contractor relationship between the client and Dotline Creations is intended or implied by either party individually.
- The date of contract commencement will be agreed upon by both the parties and charges will be applied according to the starting date (as prescribed)
- Annual report of performance services will be given to the clients.
- Either party may not cancel or fully transfer the responsibility to another service vendor before a prior notice of 15 business days.
- Dotline Creations reserves the right to subcontract a third-party service provider for some of the services or tasks.
- A person who is not a part of the contract shall not have any rights under or in connection with it.
- With mutual consent of Dotline Creations and the client on a fixed quote regarding the services, then the party is liable to pay 50% of the billable amount in advance.
- If the client avails any monthly service package of Dotline Creations, then they are obliged to pay the full amount of the work.
- Dotline Creations shall invoice the clients monthly before the due date.
- If the client did not pay a monthly due invoice, Dotline Creations shall terminate the services immediately. In such a case, Dotline Creations is not liable to issue 10 days prior notice.
- Dotline Creations will not be liable for any consequential losses due to the delay in obligated service deliverables where the delay is because of any natural causes.
- The clients will defend, cover, and hold Dotline Creations harmless against any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses that occurred over the services we provide under a certain agreement. This shall not include limitation claims made by third parties related to any false advertising claims, or liability claims for products or services of the client.
- Due to the nature of digital media service, any content, or information provided by the clients to Dotline Creations for publishing will be accessible by the public as soon as the publication process is carried out. We do not hold any responsibility for screening the material and any damage or losses it caused.
- At any time during the term of contracted services, Dotline Creations fail to insist upon the strict performance of obligations under the services contract or any of these terms and conditions. Then this will not automatically be free from any of the obligations mentioned in the terms and conditions and will not constitute a waiver.
- Any waiver of terms and conditions will be officially valid only if communicated or written.
